Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content you create using our Service.

6. Billing and Payment

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publication. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WriteSumo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Arbitration
